Tried to purchase 2 bikes. Seemed very helpful in choosing the right bikes so we paid deposit. We were told we would be able to pick our bikes up within 2 weeks. That time passed and we had heard nothing so rang and were told there were issues obtaining the bikes from supplier but would order from Eastern States and give it 10 days. Then having heard nothing again for a further 2 weeks, we rang and were told supplier issues and we'd have to wait another 5 weeks!
Needless to say, with zero communication at any stage and no capacity to accept any responsibility for - at the very least not keeping

I had previously given a 5 star but now after a last experience am making a 2 stars. Ironically, the 5 stars was for the good service ( I thought) for putting in two new thorn-proof tubes. However after going on just two short rides of total about 6 km, the front tube had a huge fail and went down in a few minutes. Luckily I was less than 1 km from home. Not impressed, I took the bike back in and the girl in there, to her credit, said she could look at it and told me to come back in 30min - this was a Sat morning, so that was good service. Turns out that a spoke had punctured it because of rubbing

My 13 year old son bought his mountain bike from here. People seem friendly and helpful. When we purchased his bike, i was told it would include 2 free services over the next year. We got it's first service after about 3 months. My son has been back to the shop to purchase things here and there, helmet, bike wash, lube, tire sealant ect. My son always liked the staff here. When he called to book in it's second supposedly free service 10 months after originally purchasing the bike, they said it won't be free as we should of had it done within 6 months of purchasing it and it has been longer than

Took my bike in for a brake service, the (brand new) brake pads came back mangled and the brakes are completely unbalanced, they knew of the issues when handing me the bike back but were unwilling to do anything about it. On top of this they tried to charge me more than they'd originally quoted. Friendly service but don't seem to value customers.

If your buying bike gear anywhere else your doing it wrong. Midland cycles provide tailored advise to you and your biking needs. Mark and the teams and 1 stop shop. Every time I bring my bike in the guys look after me effectively and efficiently. I'd recommend Midland cycles to anyone great service. Thanks guys

Could not fault these guys, especially Dylan, I gave him a small challenge. I purchased a bike from somewhere else and had trouble with it from day one. I brought it to Midland Cycles and got nothing but top quality customer service. I can now do my 200km ride knowing that my bike is now working the way it should have from the start. Great customer service, great advice thank you and great support. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you again.
