Aquatic exercises usually provide a more gentle option for people who find exercising on land to be too straining on muscles and joints. Our aquatics program caters for all ages and offers something enjoyable and different. You do not need to be able to swim to take part in the program. Weekly aquatics exercise classes are held at the Logan West Aquatic Centre (29 Wineglass Drive, Hillcrest).

I came to Vigor Physiotherapy with a broken ankle that was taking a long time to heal and Honey has been instrumental in speeding up my recovery and is now helping me with back issues that have not been able to be resolved with chiropractic treatments alone. All the staff are great and they are very efficient. They are always on time and I never have to wait beyond 1-2 minutes.

After looking online for a physiotherapist I came upon Vigor and based on the reviews decided to make an appointment. With the 1st assessment, the problem was identified and with further appointments my injury, I feel, was dealt with in a well rounded professional manner and I felt lasting results with each session. As well I was impressed with on time appointments each time I arrived. (Over a 2 month period, 2x’s a week) Thank you Honey.

I came to Vigor for a sciatic nerve injury, which was affecting my lower back, my hips and my legs. I am usually fairly active, but I was experiencing a lot of pain from my injury, I could not stand up straight and I could not even start to bend my back to reach my toes.
I saw Honey and over one month she did manual therapy, ultrasound and heat, and stretches to heal my back and sciatica.
With Honey's hands-on approach I was seeing improvements after the first few appointments. I feel as though this has helped to heal a long-running issue. I would definitely recommend Honey to others experiencing

I’ve been seeing Honey for about 6 weeks for a torn calf muscle. With her magic touch and exercises she suggested the swelling has reduced significantly and I’m beginning normal activities again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, she’s very kind and gentle (somehow even when doing deep tissue massage!) and really knows her stuff!

I have been seeing Honey for 9 months for an injured ankle. Her easygoing and humorous nature put me at ease right away. She is thorough and knowledgeable, using exercises, hands on treatment as well as ultrasound and heat therapy to achieve the best results. I highly recommend her for any injuries and pain relief.

I had a knee injury that kept recurring every time it started getting better. Finally went to my doctor who sent me for Physio and I found Vigour through recommendations and reviews. Honey diagnosed the problem immediately and began treatment along with recommending strengthening exercises. My knee has healed fully and I’m back to long distance running.
