We believe we run our lives via our conscious mind but 95% of our decision making is governed by our unconscious. I use hypnosis to bypass the chatter of the mind and speak directly to your unconscious. It's a gentle, deep and often profound journey of change. I have a special interest in anxiety confidence and phobias and I have developed a unique methodology.

I work on the body/unconscious connection, working deeply to identify and heal trauma and work change. I have had anxiety since I was very little. It has felt like a big black rock was stuck in my chest. I had tried some counselling in the past, psychology, and similar techniques, but they had limited effect.

I like to work with a combination of techniques treating the body/mind connection, re-training neural pathways and working with the unconscious to bring about change. When your body goes into fight or flight all sorts of messages are sent through your system and 30 chemicals are released. You are being prepared to 'save yourself'.
Does your child or do you suffer from Selective Eating Disorder or Avoidant, Restrictive, Food Intake Disorder? Will they only eat white food or a select few foods? Are you in a constant battle trying to get them to eat vegetables or meat so they can be healthy? ARFID is often misunderstood as fussy eating, but is is a phobia.
Do you feel intimidated having to present to a group at work, or if the boss wants to talk to you. Do you find it difficult to stick up for yourself? Confidence can affect your work life, your relationships and your happiness levels. Hypnotherapy can work wonders for your confidence. It can re-write all those scripts embedded deep in your unconscious and change the voice of the inner critic.
Performance anxiety is a phobia. If you suffer from it you will be familiar with the symptoms that can range from feeling as if you have sandpaper in your mouth, to feeling as if time has slowed down as your heart races at twice it's usual BPM! Your hands are sweaty, your thoughts are confused and you may even feel as if you want to throw up.
Sleep hypnosis can help with insomnia. Lack of sleep can lead to low mood, fatigue, a less effective immune system, cloudy thinking, anxiety and through the anxiety an inability to digest food properly and absorb the nutrients. Sleep is so important for good health in both the mind and body and we need it to regenerate and heal.

I never thought I would be able to enjoy my social life again because anxiety had slowly crept up on me and I couldn't be around large groups of people anymore. I felt tense being around people I didn't know and I was also incredibly nervous if someone was watching me do anything. Diana was very caring and compassionate which put me at ease and she was able to help me discover the root cause of my self consciousness and get in touch with my old self again. I am so grateful to Diana for helping me get my life back.
