Hi, my name is Ally and I am the Practice Manager here at footinjuryclinic. When I'm not at work, I'm studying a double degree at UNSW in Media and Design, which means I love all things visual and for everything to be neat and orderly. Outside of work and study, I'm either playing netball, walking my sausage dog Rosie or making the drive back up to Gunnedah to visit my family in the country.

Over the years, Russel Rubin and Trevor Proskewitz have treated many professional sports persons from different sporting codes for a range of foot and ankle injuries from Achilles tendonitis, bunions, runner's knee, athlete's foot to shin splints and heel pain. What's more, between the two of them, they have competed in many marathons, ultra distance races and triathlons.

The footinjuryclinic in Bondi Junction is one of the only clinics in the Sydney area that makes use CAD/CAM technology for designing and manufacturing foot orthoses. The precision Orthema system is Swiss made and provides us with the ability to provide patients with foot orthoses within one hour if required.
The foot is a complex structure of 26 bones and 35 joints, held together and supported by scores of ligaments. A baby's foot is padded with fat and is highly flexible. Children begin to walk anywhere between eight and 18 months of age. Most toddlers are flat-footed when they first start walking, or tend to turn their feet inwards, because of poor muscle tone and weak ligaments in their feet.

Russell has changed my life for the better, and I can't recommend him highly enough! I've gone from struggling to walk in the mornings to no pain whatsoever. He's treated an ingrown nail that has now never returned, along with all the other issues that come from working on my feet up to 80 hours a week. I entrusted Russell with the most difficult of tasks which was to try and get rid of 17 plantar warts spread over my two feet. With a recurring appointment every 3 weeks over a period of 3 months, for the first time in my adult life, I confirm they have all been managed to the point where I no longer have any.
I would not hesitate to recommend Russell for your podiatry needs.
