I was very impressed with the service from the team at Party Town. In fact, it was the eagerness to go above and beyond expectations that blew me away.
We purchased a bouquet of balloons for my daughters 4th birthday party, yep the usual, Unicorn and Rainbow ensemble, and picked them up the afternoon before the big day.
All went smoothly until we woke up the next morning to find a rather deflated Rainbow balloon
It was 7am on a Sunday morning and the big event was kicking off at 9am!
I reached out to them on Facebook Messenger, and got a response within minutes.
By 7:30, the lady who I presume

Bought 4 balloons for my sisters' 18th - paid $3.50 per balloon and two popped as soon as I left the parking lot. I was already on Stirling Highway when it popped and could not go back as the store is hard to access. The sound almost gave me a heart attack! The balloons were way over filled and very overpriced for literally lasting 2 minutes. Should be better for that price.

I have ordered balloons for a number of functions from Party Town and the service has been outstanding every time. They always provide very helpful recommendations on what will look great and work with the theme of the event and when I have had them delivered they have always turned up on time and look fantastic! Recently organized balloons for my daughters Birthday from Party Town Claremont! From picking them out to having them delivered the staff were amazing. They offered creative ideas and even through to on time delivery I couldn’t fault the service. Balloons were fantastic and made for the most amazing photos. Great service, friendly order taken over the phone in the morning for balloon arrangement. I also appreciated the advice on the arrangement from the knowledgeable team member. Worst customer service experience. I placed an order online and there was an error in their online pricing. When the order was being filled they didn't even have the decency to call me and discuss the problem. Instead, they texted me and told me that they needed to call me to obtain my credit card details to charge me more because their system undercharged me. When I said I thought they should honor the website pricing they disregarded my request and sent a refund for the entire order. They did not try to make any accommodations or do anything to solve the issue. Now I am stuck scrambling

Partytown appears to be under new management (or so the creepy ghoul costumed employee informed me (he really was a top bloke though despite appearances)
They've got a great stock of supplies for Halloween on at the moment from ornaments to costumes to supplies.
The staff really get into the spirit of it and they are all dressed up in various costumes for Halloween.
Great service and they even threw in a discount. (I'd definitely recommend asking if you are purchasing in bulk).
There is a huge array of supplies and you can even hire arcade machines and lighting equipment if required

Organising a party is never a walk in the park no matter how much you enjoy it. I love the logisitics of getting a good shindig together and Party Town and other shops like it make life particularly easy and enable you to spend time on other items.
They even have theme ideas and all your supplies for that theme which can make life VERY easy.
Its probably not a good idea to come here for every party you are hosting due to the price. Then again, convenience costs.
I can't wait until my next party so I can come in here and let the ideas flow.
