Young girl with glasses really bad additide. She had Zero customer service . She had Hickeys on her neck with a really ugly additude.
Was my first time in store and will more likely be my last.
I was greatfull for the other young girl dark hair who took her time to answer my question and help me out with what I needed with the little product knowledge she had. She evn went out jer way to go out back and find the popper I wanted at the end . She's the only reason I give 2 stars

I purchased a bouquet for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and was advised to put high-float in them as i was picking up the day before the party. When i went to grab them the next morning they had completely deflated, was very disappointed especially because we paid $1 each balloon for the high-float.
The girls there are lovely though, amazing service.

The pros: spacious with wide aisles, not cluttered, a decent variety of all things party, quite reasonably priced - standard balloons for $6. Conveniently located along bannister Rd and easily visible - close to the westpac atm
The cons: might take a while to locate what you need- aisle signages may be helpful; the helium fill for foil balloons tend to be pricey- it cost $9 for an average sized balloon and it was not very well done, so not really worth the price. It appears that you need to 'book' ahead for a helium fill as i was told they were 'booked up' but I was not so convinced...anyways
