After a very expensive quote for my service and repairs from my manufacturer, I googled car servicing in my area and Yarra Valley Autocare popped up. I am so glad it did. I really can’t thank Ben and the team at Yarra Valley Autocare more. From the very beginning when I called them they were more than accommodating in organising to inspect a car we were looking to buy. The team was in contact with us through the whole process even though we are based in a different state. Ben sent us a very detailed report on the… car which has saved us significant money and helped us make our decision. If you want a truely honest and diligent mechanic at very reasonable rates look no further.

I have a Jeep Trailhawk, recently serviced through Jeep. Jeep requested urgent, expensive work that needed doing. I decided to get a second opinion after reading the excellent customer reviews from Yarra Valley Autocare. I bought my car to Ben to look at. He was very helpful and gave me a common sense explanation of what he found. He confirmed that… the work was not required to be done and the car was perfectly safe to drive! $1200 saved! Ben and his team are always so reliable I never have to book my car in advance he gets me in with short notice, he always ensures that there is a company car available and even ensures that there is a car seat in it for my son. Ben always rings if there is anything extra that needs doing to the car, and always rings or sends a text when the car is available for pick up. Ben fixed the issues my Captiva presented with FIRST go, because he knows his stuff!!!!
I know this now, because I had spent $300 and 3 tries with another local mechanic to no avail.

Had to replace an indicator stalk on my VX II Commodore. Bought the part myself and could have installed it myself but wanted the job done quickly and properly. Ben sorted me out in 7 minutes and wouldn't take my money! Thanks so much Ben - now I can drive over bumps without the indicator turning on!!

Thank you to Ben from Yarra Valley Autocare. As a single woman it is always difficult having to deal with mechanics and workshops. So many times I have been treated poorly and ripped off. Ben explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. He was more than happy to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns.
