I’m extremely happy with Sargeants Conveyancing Caroline Springs I would highly recommend these guys.
My situation when it came to settling on time presented some challenges but with there high level of professionalism and clear knowledge they were able to complete the settlement by the deadline.
I’m very thankful to the team and will definitely use them again in the future.

They are the best, professional, prompt response and great communication. Their fee is less than many others but the service is much better than many oyhers. The best part of their service is to argue with vendors for your benefit! Highly recommended! If any of people around me has conveyancing service need, they are the first in my mind to recommend!

Extremely disapointing experience. Opportunistic approach to charging for costs that could easily be circumvented.
They wanted to charge for a change in settlement date due to their closure of the date proposed where one could easily suggest an alternate date of settlement. One msut beg the question why. No reasonable explanation provided.
Then they threaten not to act in good faith and cease acting on my behalf if i do not remove the google review, which they have now enforced.
They also threaten cavetas on your property if you dispute their charges and invoices.
Disgusting and bullyish tactics

I have had such a bad experience with this company - poor communication, on the day my land was suppose to title- they called saying they don't think it's going to title on time. Now I haven't had a water bill for 8 months - because they haven't sent the correct documents to the water company. Very disappointed with this service.

I had a really amazing experience working with Cristina and Ambyre from Sargeants conveyancing. Unfortunately my land settlement got delayed by more than 18 months and the team has consistently kept me updated of the latest status at all phases of the journey. I must say the communication was outstanding and i was also given an upfront view of the estimated costs. I would like to take the time to recognize the team at Sergeant’s Conveyancing Caroline Springs, I worked with Ambyre & Lyn during COVI19 Lock-down to purchase a property. Always willing to discuss any questions and willing to go through alternative options to work out the best outcomes for my settlement. Everything was completed remotely and so easy as well as regular communication which far exceeded my expectations. Really professional and can’t recommend them enough, I will be using them again for another property.
