Extremely unprofessional. Called to ask a simple question regarding pricing, was met with a hostile attitude and hung up on twice. Possibly the rudest customer service I have come across in a long time. Have dealt with many lawyers.conveyancers and this is by far the worst interaction I've ever had. Would definitely not trust these people with my property.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy and it turned out to be a quick settlement as it was a tight turnaround . They were so professional to deal with, everything was done as soon as possible.
