Whole process was easy. Took my Hyundai i30 in with the A/C not working. Upon telling them the problem, they gave the car a quick look over in case it was something very simple (unfortunately not the case). They booked me in for the car to be out onto Diagnostic machine.
Took it in today and received a call as to what the fault was and multiple ways to proceed (with zero force trying to push me into a certain way). Chose my option and when picking up the car, it was as promised for the exact quoted price.

Disgraceful customer service!!! I will never use this outfit again. Initial price quoted was inflated when final bill presented and only reduced after much negotiations. Final insult was when collecting the car and paying them I was met with one of the most surly employees I have encountered in a long time with zero customer service skills. I will not be back.
