I approached them for a stereo removal and install, and to be completely honest, I was a little frustrated at first. There was some back and forth over parts where I had to call a couple times for updates after not hearing back.
Barring that, however, Sim was always a pleasure to speak to and was incredibly accomodating as well as informative regarding the work done. Him and his team are friendly and professional and I would say the price charged for labour was fair and reasonable.
All in all I am very pleased with my new radio :).
