Hi all I just picked up my boat after Hastings marine performed some work for me (first time I’ve dealt with them) I am so happy with not only the quality of their work but I was really impressed with their knowledge, service levels and willingness to help for example on pickup they pointed out my trailer pins cord was too long they then shortened my lead checked the lights and sent me on my way. I had the worst experience of my life. Hastings Marine made promises that they had no intention of keeping. All the smiles in the world would not make up for the heartache and the empty hole in our pockets. They have destroyed my dream of owning an Extreme boat. If I could give them a 'no star' rating, I would.

Honesty in service, we had a good deal from them on a new boat and have been very happy with their expertise in solving problems not normally encountered. Staff from one end to the other are excellent with their service and knowledge. Service manager Cody stands out in the team with immense knowledge he is willing to share.

I had the pleasure of buying my new Stessco Fisherman 449 from John Morton at Hastings Marine. I researched pretty hard for best value for my very minimal dollar and John was great at helping get the best out of it with his advice. My new hull is a dream on the water with a beautiful dry ride and goes where I point it smoothly and perfectly. DO NOT EVER GET YOUR SKI SERVICED BY THIS GUY ( NATHAN ). Put my jet ski in for a service, he only changed 2 spark plugs, and reused the old ones instead. Tried to sell me a new engine block for $3000 when i clearly told him that there was nothing wrong with the engine...when i asked him why he didnt service my ski properly, he had no reply....THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE SHONK AND RIP OFF. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS
