Terrible customer service I had to make a warranty claim approved by quintrex on a brand new boat, they told me to find another dealer after wasting alot of time, very unacceptable and disappointing from a local business.

The service I received from Andy, Mike and the boys from Mid Coast Marine was amazing I could not recommend them more highly a great bunch of guys to deal with.

Dealing with Andy has made purchasing a new Renegade a straightforward hassle free process, going as far as arranging to meet me on a Sunday morning to pick up the new boat as I'm not a Port Mac local.

Great Service ! We picked up our new Quintrex 5 Metre Fishabout just this week . During the boat build ,Andy our Mid Coast Marine consultant was always ready to help and give advice to achieve a great outcome in the Boat we purchased .
Rick and Mel the Dealers were also most helpful.
Noah their Marine Mechanic was helpful with fit out advice and technical support.
We travelled 8 hours to Port Macquarie to buy this boat .
Tash and I are very happy with the deal and friendly service and support .

The team at Mid Coast Marine i found to be exceptionally friendly and helpful . I bought a new boat , I wasn't sure on which to choose between of 2 different models after doing my research . So Andrew had both models side by side for me to compare them, he even went to the trouble of unscrewing panels to allow me to investigate accessories fitment possibilities and minor modifications. His communication during the sales and purchasing of the vessel was fantastic even the service department was very helpful and all of the fit out work is neat and tidy . I am very pleased with how all of these guys

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I wasnt even a customer and the service was 100% Andy is an absolute legend. I was on my way to work when my car happen to break down right in the driveway of Mid Coast Marine. I was in the right place at the right time. I originally thought my battery had died. Andy came out to try and jump start my car for me, and we realized it was actually my fuel. I felt so embarrassed but Andy was excellent, made me feel at ease. He then went and got some fuel for me from one of his boats to get my car started! I was even able to get to work on time. I couldn't thank you enough

A big thanks to Andy and Noah, for all their help and assistance regarding the purchase of our new quintrex boat/motor package. Great help in making such a decision and continued to the end with handover of our new boat.

Have just purchased a new boat trailor and outboard from Andy at Midcoast Marine.
Could not have got better service,help and understanding from Andy.
Without Andy's outstanding service it made our whole experience a lot easier as we live on Lord Howe Island which is unique in itself.

Positively the best service I have received in a very long time. So much so I bought this boat from 700kms away from home ( Brisbane ) as I couldn't find anyone that wanted to help me buy a boat in Brisbane. Rick did! and I made my decision for this amazing offer pretty much immediately. Hand-over was detailed and very informative. Thanks Rick and the service team for their outstanding work.
