Highly recommend Zupps Mt Gravatt Subaru. I purchased an MY21 Subaru Impreza 2.0i-L AWD Sedan in Lapis Blue during March last year. I was greeted with their friendly new & demo car salesman Chris Parr. His knowledge of the Impreza was very comprehensive and let me have a test drive with ease.
Communication from him was an A+ and he was able to find me one in stock with the correct variant and colour that day. I only had to wait 3 weeks and picking it up was a joy. Chris ran me through each features of the car and was very professional throughout the entire process.

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealership. I had a very unpleasant time booking the recall service this morning. The lady at the reception was very unprofessional and it took me 20 minutes for a simple recall appointment.
She transferred my call four times through different departments! And finally hung up on me very rudely!!! I was talking at the moment!!!
I have to say that every time I have called you guys from buying the car to servicing it has been an ordeal!!! Your customer service is a disaster!!! Will never go back.

So highly disappointed in my experience at Zupps Subaru Mt Gravatt. My vehicle has been in the shop for nearly two months now, being fixed under warranty. I have received no communication from Zupps since October. I was told when it went in that it would take a month. All communication I have personally had has been appalling, I would not recommend this business.

After a series of warning lights appeared suddenly on the dashboard whilst driving from Melbourne to Cairns, we dropped in, without an appointment, to see if they could help us at all.
They could not have been more helpful, looked at the car immediately, diagnosed the faults, and had us back on the road with piece of mind in under an hour.

A few weeks ago I dropped my Subaru XV MY12 in for a warranty job and a repair I ask to have done to which I was to pay, the service manager Mr Adam Duck put me in a loan car, a 2021 Forester Hybrid S,
We had the forester for only 1 day and I fell in love, so rang Adam to ask about it, Adam put me in contact with Christopher in new car and Demo sales and the journey began, Christopher got me an awesome trade on the XV (even though it was in pieces in their workshop) which paid out my loan, then he put me in a beautiful Liberty while he had a tow pack and essentials pack fitted, On Thursday (14

Fantastic experience. I would like to thank Desmond for organising to have my Triton fixed & ready for me & my family to go away camping.
