Went to look at a vehicle at UWC after talking with Marty (Martin), I'm in Gladstone. "Mark, we have a high turnover, our prices are excellent and vehicle quality high" typical sales pitch says me.
Well Marty wasn't wrong, found 6 cars of interest, the quality of vehicles in their yards was excellent and the prices were very very fair. Marty let me look around, unpestered, for nearly 90mins. Came back the next morning with the girlfriend and a deposit paid. Finance had been pre-looked at by ourselves but would take some time, Marty mentioned give his in-house team a try, "again standard sales

Decent people. Purchased a car from them while I was unable to see it due to a pandemic lock-down and I got what I expected and more. They were very cooperative, did a thorough job bringing the car up to scratch mechanically and they did the work they said they had done. I had a good 'after-sales support' experience with them too.

My husband & I just bought a car from UWin. As were on the 'wrong' side of the border during lockdown, we bought the car sight unseen & had some pretty sleepless nights worrying that it might not be as good as it looked. Well.... when it arrived on the truck it was even better than we hoped! Firstly, we were reassured by the huge amount of time Danny & particularly Jay spent on the phone with us. They were totally above board & so helpful & even organised carrying out mechanical work at no extra cost. They crawled over every inch of the car (including underneath) video calling us so we could see

I very rarely write reviews - this is the third one in the past couple of years. Jay at UWin was fantastic to deal with - personable, knowledgeable, professional - he did what he said he would do, helped where he could and was so easy to deal with and transparent in all communications. A small issue arose (out of their hands) and he fixed it straight up - would totally recommend anyone buy a car here with confidence.

So happy with my new car purchase from Uwin. Piete was amazing to deal with. Answered all my questions. Let me annoy him after hours and on weekends. Truly a great guy. I bought some aftermarket goodies as well, like trailer brakes, hardtop cover, nudge bar etc. He kept me updated and let me know as soon as they were on the vehicle. The vehicle was ready for pickup when I asked. The best service yet, that I have ever come across from a Dealer. And I usually hate car Dealers.
