The Wattle Studio is a fully self-contained open-plan chalet with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, surrounded by lush gardens and with its own entrance to the street. There's everything you might want and it is for those that want privacy and luxury at a very reasonable price. There is a queen bed and single bed - suitable for a single, couple or couple plus another.
The Tiger Room Suite is a three-roomed, air-conditioned, fully self-contained apartment with kitchen/lounge, bedroom, bathroom and patio. The bedroom has a queen bed and a single and there also is a single bed in the kitchen/lounge. This unit is suitable for couples, two singles or couple plus one other.
It has a queen bed and a single. Bathroom facilities are shared but our new bathroom facility is a delight - and is only a few metres from the studio - you can see photos in the Gallery section. Reverse cycle air-con, fan, electric blankets, TV, DVD. Outdoor kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, sink, and all cooking and eating utensils.
This comfortable, carpeted safari tent is set in a secluded corner of the garden under the shade of huge trees. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. The luxury tent has 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one and 2 singles in the other. Enjoy the outdoor lifestyle - wine and dine on the covered deck area circling the trees.

Stumbled across Black Cockatoo when looking for accommodation, so glad I did! What an amazing piece of heaven, beautiful gardens and so tranquil. We had the garden room and shared the toilet / shower with other guests, something we don't like to do but honestly it was no problem at all. The toilets/shower were immaculate all the time. We had complete privacy and felt so welcome. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Great, funky.
We are in Tiger cottage. Really it is a filled in verandah attached to the house. She knocked on the wall v early this morning as my hubby is a loud snorer 😜 .. she should wear ear plus like me 🤣
Accom has kitchen/dining/lounge area, bedroom, bathroom and toilet, all separate. Great for us with differing sleeping schedules. TV in the bedroom.
Hot water takes a while to come through but hot and plentiful when it does.

We had a wonderful stay.
We booked a tent and a cottage.
Kids loved the tent,only limitation is the shared toilets which is fair enough for tents anyways and they were neat and clean.
Tent includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining table,heater and electric blankets for winters,pretty cozy.
Cottage was spacious and covered with nature all around.
Neat and clean,comfy beds.
Fully equipped.

The accommodation is roomy and the cottages are equipped with everything you could need. The owners are lovely to deal with and they keep the natural grounds surrounding the cottages in such beautiful condition. The location is also amazing as it is just a very short stroll up to the main street and other walking trails. Such a peaceful location!
