We had amazing dealings with Suzanna the daycare owner/manager, she helped set our son up and navigate some of the issues we had setting up the childcare subsidy and enrolment after returning home from overseas
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great environment for their child/ children to grow and develop in.

Love this center .. highly professional... educators with alot experience and know how .
We went to a large center and we didn't have a great experience however we are so happy here.
My son has learnt so much and we are inform constantly with his portfolio and learning . So happy here 5 stars plus highly recommend this center.

The educators are amazing, they have the experience and the most important thing is the love they provide to the children, they have activities for them, and the food and nutrition plan are delicious , and my child is so happy to come, the transition was really smooth for him, I am so happy to having find this place.

We started sending our little boy Harvey to Shinetime in the middle of 2020 when he was just 4 months old. Suzanna and the team have taken such great care of Harvey and have provided an absolutely amazing service to us as full time working parents. They are always accomodating and always trying to support us to make our lives easier. We cannot thank them enough for how great they have been during COVID and the stressful time we have had the last few months with my workplace challenges. Small place, stuffed with toys and books, kids are definitely overwhelmed. Every time I was picking up my son, he was still wearing the same clothes I put on in the morning, all wet and dirty with food, even if he had spare ones in the bag. His hands and feet were all black, from crawling around and touching everything, that suggests a not very clean place. Staff were friendly but not sure about their experience. Management was eager to show their expertise, but very rude and pushy. It took me 2 weeks and several texts to get my refund and rebate back. My son only attended 3 days, but if we had

We can't rate Shinetime highly enough. I will never forget the day I called this centre. My child was attending a large centre and was distraught when I collected him one day. I really felt like he had been neglected, so I took time off work to be with him and to re-evaluate. To my distress, most of the childcare centres were pretty much a variation of the same care. I called Shinetime in desperation. They had heard my story numerous times before.

We absolutely love the center my daughter has been there for over 6 months and l have found that the educators are experienced engaging and so informative.
They will update you every step of the way ! My son loves the center as it is small center but the quality is certainty there !! They introduced new and fascinating subjects , genius times for the kids and there Spanish classes and yoga classes are fantastic.
Piano classes are starting soon so the entire centre is excited !
They are working on the STEM project based investigations and you will find that your children come home with very engaging

We love Shinetime. The ratio of teachers to children is amazing & it means our daughter always gets one on one attention rather than being lost in the crowd. The learning is wonderful too & we have seen our daughters language, comprehension & physicality all grow exponentially. We love the staff too & so does our daughter.
If you want to make sure your child gets known, noticed & challenged to grow & learn according to their needs I highly recommend it.
