Very helpful with looking at my car key that was not working and replaced the cover that was cracked. It was not fixable 100% but they spent alot of time trying to come up with a solution and offered to refund the money I had paid. Which was very generous given the time spent investigating but not necessary as was a very fair and reasonable price to start with.

My son's 5 year old favouite pair of work boots worn every day needed work. He was told by his Sydney shoe repairers that they were a write off and to throw them out. He visited Newcastle and I took them to Betta on Saturday morning, needing them by close of business at lunch. They were returned to me in pristine condition for an excellent price, and with the message that there were plenty more years of wear left. Absolutely highly regarded.
