Stewart Levy is a Certified Pedorthist, Orthotist and Custom Orthopaedic Shoe Maker and has been successfully treating people's foot problems for over 3 decades. He is the owner of Custom Foot Australia Pty Ltd and is well known by many medical practitioners and allied health professionals for the success he provides in treating foot problems.
Birkenstock use quality materials. The cork footbed is shock absorbing, moulds to the shape of your foot and remains supportive for long periods, even years. The contoured footbed is designed to move the foot naturally, strengthening muscles and bones and encouraging circulation. The added latex layers built into the foot-bed provide extra cushioning against the hard ground when walking or standing.
Ongoing check-ups and adjustments as part of his Orthotic Therapy and Pedorthic footwear modifications. Presentations to Falls Prevention groups, Pre-natal clinics, Massage Therapists and Nursing Homes. The purpose of a Pedorthic consultation and assessment is to discover the causes of your foot complaints and treat them effectively.
An Orthotic is a device made to position your foot and ankle in it's correct anatomical position. It is worn inside your shoes to help correct, support, and/or accommodate a foot and ankle alignment issue. A customised orthotic will improve your gait, mobility and body posture. This state of the art system enables your feet and ankles to be adjusted into a corrected and aligned position while you stand on a silicone adaptable base.
As a Pedorthist, Stewart Levy is trained in the assessment, making and fitting of foot orthotics. He does an impression of your feet in weight bearing position and then customises the orthotic to the individual foot problem and needs. In these common conditions the ankle joint actually collapses when the full body weight is placed on it.

Recently tried Comfort Foot with quite sore legs, behind knees and thighs. Desiree and Stewart most helpful, very professional and friendly, took one look at my feet and recommended Birckenstock sandals with inner arch supports, some ankle supports and Dr Comfort shoes. Within a week - pain free!! It was quite amazing. So definitely recommend Comfort Foot for a welcoming attitude and good advice.

I visited these guys today as I had a pair of expensive runners that I could'nt wear for more than an hour due to the pain on the ball of my foot. They were very helpful and informative to why I have the pain and provided me with innersoles to try. I was skeptical as I'd tried a few different types. Too my surprise I have had my runners on for over 6hrs and my feet don't hurt at all. Highly recommend Custom foot. Thanks guys now I can get on my treadmill again :)))

I was referred to Stuart by a friend a couple of years ago because I had a worsening problem with my right knee. It was often causing me a fair bit of pain. I thought I'd eventually have to fix it with surgery. Stuart's genious eye saw my problem as I was walking in to his shop the first time. He sorted me out with some orthotics. Since then as my… feet have adapted to them they have been tweaked twice and my knee and posture problems have slowly but surely disappeared. I just got back from trekking two weeks through the Himalayas, something that I would have struggled to do one day of previously
