Services
Jog Home is our standard online package which involves a physiotherapy consult every three weeks much like your first initial consultation to check on your progress. During these sessions you will be measured for improvement, given any self-management strategies like self-releases, or joint mobilizations and given the opportunity to continue with your physiotherapy.
Tendon pain can be taxing on your quality of life. It's important to get treatment early for any tendon pain as this will ensure a better recovery. Most tendon pains will resolve with good quality treatment. Tendons are found at either end of any muscle in the body and their purpose is to join the muscle to the bone.
Even if your simply wanting to know more about the condition, you've come to the right place. This guide covers everything from learning about the condition, to specific exercises that will help you get back on track. The tendon is made up hundreds of thin fibres, twisted together like a rope, called collagen.
Plantar Fasciitis is a common overuse injury which results in pain on the bottom of the heel. This condition (also known as Plantar Fasciopathy) is estimated to affect at least one in ten people of the course of a lifetime. The Plantar Fascia is a band of connective tissue that spans the arch of your foot and helps to provide stability.
Most knee injuries will respond very well to conservative treatment. As such, a trial of conservative management is generally recommended after an acute injury. There are certain conditions that may need surgical or medical input. Rest assured, if we are suspicious of anything that will not respond to treatment, we will refer you to another medical professional.

Can't say enough grateful I am to have come across Click. I had a stubborn Achilles injury that just didn't seem to heal no matter what I did (including visiting an orthopedic specialist and wearing a walking boot for 6 weeks). I thought I was done running for good. The scar tissue in my tendon was visible and thick. I was scared to do much of anything after awhile-- the audible popping sound my tendon made was terrifying. Click was a godsend. Caleb wasn't surprised by the sound the tendon made or the thickening in it. He answered my questions confidently and we went to work on strengthening it
