I'm a new costumer and at the moment I'm happy with the service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I did a full body Hair removal, divided in two days. For a man it may seem a little bit uncomfortable but I tell you, I felt confortable, with privacy, no stress at all. There are areas that are difficult to reach, they gave tips to shave it better and get faster results. After 3 weeks of the first session , I noticed a lot of hair fell out, now I'm going to the second session and I hope to have even better results. Hah! It doesn't hurt at all, it's so easy.

I really regret signing up for five treatments. It feels like the company is more interested in avoiding litigation than offering their customers good service. The responsibility is placed on the customer to shave (some areas are not that easy to reach) and not use any products. I accidentally used deodorant the morning of my treatment. I was told off, it would've been so easy for the therapist to wipe it off, but they didn't and just told me that the treatment won't work as well. After the treatment the therapist put a packet of wipes and bottle of aloe in my hand saying wipe yourself down and

I’ve had two skin needling sessions with Laser HRH so far, followed by the LED which is inclusive in the price.
My treatments were with Tracey and the other with Jo; I cannot fault either ladies on their work, they were thorough, knowledgeable, answered any questions I had and also didn’t rush my experience which is important to me with such a highly competitive industry.
All other staff that I met were friendly and welcoming and most importantly, the place is hygienic and well-kept.
Location is central and parking was easy with the car park being right behind the building.
