Magic Nails

I wanted to treat myself as I've just gotten a new job and wanted to boost my confidence. I booked an appointment but was barked at when I came in for it.
Walked in and two people started talking to me at once, kept yelling questions and I did my best to answer. Was very humiliating.
I was sent to the polish area and all the colours were out of order and dusty so I left.
Zero customer service very disappointing:( :(

Regularly get my nails done here. They always do a wonderful job. I’ve been to a few salons in Perth and my nails definitely last the longest from here. (I get SNS)

The young lady that did my nails was very nice, took pride in her work even though the shop was busy. The shop could have done with a bit of a sweep before opening their doors. But other then that, I would definitely go back again #HappydaysOTG

Walked in today with no appointment, straight into pedicure. One of the nicest ones I have had in a long time. Didn't cut nails down too far, perfect level of tidying up heels etc and nicely polished.

Had my nails done here today, the ladies that did my nails were amazing and they did such a good job. But the older lady seems to have some temper problems and was really unprofessional when it come to paying, even shouting at her staff. I’m quite shocked as the ladies that did my nails were wonderful.

I came here as i've recently moved into the area so thought i'd check it out. The Indian lady who did my nails was very nice and did a great job. I also got my eyebrows threaded and the lady who did them for me was not very friendly and appeared rushed as it waa the end of the day. She literally threaded my eyebrows in 10 seconds and said, all done and charged me $15. Unfortunately. I won't be returning here and will have to look at another local nail place.

If you want anyone to do your lashes you need to come see Belle! I don't think I ever go a time where someone doesn't compliment them 😊 she's quick and efficient and the quality are amazing.

Never have I ever been so happy with a nail salon before! The staff are so friendly and do an amazing job! The effort they put in is like no other nail salon I've been too, they take pride in their work. I will be a regular customer from now & cannot recommend enough

Bell gave me the most beautiful coffin-shaped nails and lash extensions I've ever had done. You can tell she is an absolute expert! I walked in to get my nails done at 5pm on a Friday (closing time is 6pm), and I asked about lash extensions and Bell was more than happy to stay back after hours to accommodate for me. Even though Mimi had finished his shift, he came and worked on my nails on my other hand! This is true customer service. Lashes were done flawlessly, they've been on for a week now and still look amazing. All staff members genuinely care for customers. I enjoyed my experience here.
