Our fleet comprises of vehicles ranging from the latest model fuel efficient hybrid sedans to station wagons for extra luggage, Diamond luxury vehicles, Maxi taxis for group bookings and specially fitted wheelchair accessible taxis for the disabled. Our first taxi base and radio room was located on the corner of Stoney Creek Road and Highworth Street in Bexley.

If there are no St George taxis available in your area, we have arrangements with other taxi groups to cover such hirings on our behalf. Left my bag in one of their taxis in Kogarah. Chased the cab for three blocks before he got on the highway. Customer service gave me the runaround. I’m never getting my bag back or using one of these cabs again.

I got stuck in Bundeena having mistimed my RNP coastal hike and missed the last ferry. The operator (Kate) was super nice and helpful and organised for a nice chap called Michael to pick me up. Thanks a lot. Good to know we can depend on you. Thank you again

Well well well... If I could give zero stars I would and I haven't even use the taxi service.... Every single time I drive in the st. George area, these taxis on the road are so dangerous, weaving in and out of traffic, being rude, honking their horn at the millisecond a traffic light goes green mouthing off and flipping the bird. I could go on, but I'm not going to. I respect the taxi industry as a whole but not this company. They need to show the community a bit more respect. Latest tirade has been reported. Good luck to the specific driver responsible.

Their driver charged us $15 to drive us from Central to Darling Harbour, only to leave us on the wrong side of the harbour. He then instructed my old mother and ailing grandmother to walk across the harbour in the hot sun to get to our destination because he couldn't be bothered to drive around to the other side.
The whole point of a taxi service is for us the consumer to pay you the driver to drive us somewhere. If you can't be bothered to do your job then perhaps don't show up.
An equivalent uber would have been in the realm of $ 8-$11 and actually would have gotten us to our destination. And

Driver with number plate T-5899 was extremely rude. Female traveller, late at night and not from Sydney. Tried to get a lift to the hotel just over 1km away and was refused due to the trip being too short. I was shocked and tried to tell him it was late and I wasn’t from Sydney, he refused and told me to get out of his cab. Extremely frustrating and shows exactly why people use Uber.

Not bad for needing a cab in the St George, Sutherland and/or South Coast area. Never had any problems, but the only criticism is I have witnessed some of the taxi drivers driving erratically. Based on the other comments left about the cab drivers level of driving skills. The company needs to rethink about who their hire as cab drivers

Disgraceful.
88 year year old recently widowed mother ordered a taxi in Sutherland for an important Legal meeting in Kirrawee. Waited for 1.5 hours. Rang twice - no real apology or explanation. In the end - missed her appointment and no taxi. This was for a 9.00 am appointment on a Tuesday morning. Very poor PR. Doesn't even qualify for a star at all.

Booked a taxi via telephone (at 8.40am) to meet me at Helensburgh Station at 9.15am. After waiting 20mins at the station for the taxi, I called them again, only to be told that there is no available taxi coming for me. 10 minutes later (30 minutes after the agreed pick up time), the supervisor called and told me that there were no taxis available and she will keep me posted.
I decided to cut my losses and cancel my booking.
If there are no taxis available, why did you even accept that booking and make your customer wait in vain? This is one of the worst taxi services I have ever contacted, and

Poor service by the driver, but reflects most on the company. Too bad they don't care about service, so I thought I'd when others who don't approve of rude drivers.
I get in at the airport and the driver starts whinging about why I didn't get in the other cab... It was filled with 4 other people is why. When I confronted him and said I'm happy to ride in another cab if you're going to cause an issue, but said no it's too late and didn't say anything for the next 45 minutes.
If you must use a taxi, use another company.
