Requested samples from US Sports Turf -- after ~1 week without shipment notification called to check and was informed that the request was lost without fulfilling because the company has "had a hard time keeping employees".

I intended to purchase a turf that among other users, infants would play on. After learning about lead presence in certain turfs, i wanted to do due diligence to make sure turf is safe for infants to play on. While speaking on the phone with sales person Theresa, i wanted to learn more about the manufacturer of the turf i was interested in, so i can research the company. She didn't want to disclose the name of manufacturer (what was she hiding??), she was very defensive and nasty on the phone. She was one of the outmost unpleasant and unprofessional sales person I've ever dealt with. Terrible customer

Terrible Customer service. Sales person Don, takes payment right away and I never received a paid invoice until I called the customer service line to receive it. Maribel states "oh it was the wrong email but it never bounced back" How would you know the email was incorrect if it never bounced back? Don also stated my order will every the following week on Thursday, but when I called they stated they do not know the order status. Maribel then called the freight company and stated my order was actually arriving the next day. As a gym we have to prepare for this and reschedule sessions and schedule

I ordered sports turf and unfortunately on the delivery a roll was ripped. However the good news is that the staff at this company not only made the purchase process very pleasant their costumer service was more than exceptional during the process of finding out a roll had some damage. I will use them for all of my future gyms as well. Thank you
