Feet First Footwear - Find us in iconic Hastings Street Noosa. Our long history, reputation for good service, showcasing lifestyle and comfort shoes are second to none! Feet First Footwear has been putting your feet first for nearly thirty years. The current owners, David and Sue Garozzo bought the business in 2018 adding their extensive footwear knowledge along with a little style and charm to the longstanding business.
Sizing can vary from brand to brand, style to style which means you may not wear the same size in all your shoes. We have added size conversion charts as recommended by each of our brand suppliers, which offer some general guidelines for converting your size to another scale as well as approximate lengths of the feet each size is intended to fit.
Each time you make a purchase in our Hastings Street Store, your receipt will include the loyalty points earned, and your total loyalty balance available to spend on your next purchase. Lost your last receipt? We keep records of your purchases and loyalty points in our system. You can always ask for your current balance or call us on 07 5447 2211 to check your loyalty credit balance over the phone (during business hours).

We went in during the 1st day of our stay in Noosa as I'd spotted some cute sandals that I liked in brands I'd never seen before (Pikolinos). David (who I assumed was one of the owners) greeted us in a friendly fashion and said I was welcome to try on anything. Slipped on a couple of the display models and whilst they were super comfy and cute, didn't end up buying that day as wanted to see what else was around.
Went back the last day of our holiday (Boxing day) and was pretty much ignored when I walked in whilst David extended the customary friendly greeting to others that came in the same time

Great experience with the owner David and the team at Feet First Footwear. Loved the range, my wife and I bought 3 pairs of shoes from them, they're soo comfortable. They didnt have my size at first so they ordered it in, followed up and we even got hooked up with some points on their inhouse loyalty program :).

5 star service and a fabulous range to match! I live in Brisbane yet prefer to drop in here during my occasional stays in Noosa. I’ve been shopping here for the last 7 years! Always something new! I particularly like their range of Ecco shoes and have bought the occasional Sketchers here too! Very patient, always happy to accomodate by ordering in anything and to arrange shipping direct to my home in Brisbane anytime. So good!

I was keen to buy a pair of shoes today & Mayb a pair of sandals. For shoes that r typically over $200 I would have expected some reasonable customer service. However I was asked what size I was, with no foot measurement device in sight. Once I asked to try on a different size & style the shoes were nearly thrown at me while the shop assistant hid out the back & behind the counter. No advice what so ever on size, style or function of the various shoes. I did end up finding a pair I liked but there is no way im parting my money for no service, I can shop on line & get better service. Once I said

Disappointing...
My wife bought me a pair of shoes as a present. Unfortunately they didn't fit. I took them back to the shop but the next size was not a good fit either. I was offered a credit but no refund. At nearly $300 this is a lot of money to be out of pocket and at a shop with a small selection of shoes that are not likely to appeal to me. My wife nearly bought the shoes online where we would have been able to get a refund. But she chose to support a local business... This is why it is so disappointing. We're always being advised to support local businesses but this is the result. I don
