If it's not comfortable for someone's foot, we don't sell it. We offer fashionable options, but not elegance at the expense of comfort.
This policy forms part of the Just Comfort Shoes Terms and Conditions. What are Special Orders? Special Orders involve asking us to source a product from one of our suppliers if we don't have it in stock. Please feel free to make an enquiry through our Contact page or by phone. Once we confirm the product's availability, Special Orders may then be made in store, or by credit card over the phone or by direct deposit.
Customers may request transfers of shoes between Just Comfort Shoes stores. Some styles may not be available for transfer due to supplier rules about stock locations. Transfers are limited to one style in up to two sizes, and are transported by staff. Transfers take an estimated one to two weeks depending on staff movements between stores.
