Here at Wellbeing Minder we have the psychological expertise to help our clients better manage through life's challenges and adversities, strengthen through change, and walk courageously into a future that they have had choice in creating. Our role is not just to help our clients bounce back from adversity, or learn skills & strategies to cope - but rather to help people do the work that allows them to develop into better versions of themselves.

Better, stronger, wiser than before! Counselling offers therapeutic support for gaining awareness and managing uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Counselling is usually specific and is more suitable for those that require focused support and guidance in certain areas. All areas of life are catered for, we also have specialities in anxiety & depression.

Welcome - My name is Gracie Potamianakis, and I am the founder of Wellbeing Minder - The Mental Fitness Clinic, here at Campbelltown. Here at 'Wellbeing Minder' we are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing and success of our clients in both their personal and work lives.

People see counsellors for all sorts of reasons: some need therapy, and come to recover from grief and loss, others come for personal development and self care, some come to learn skills and gain support in a certain area, others need help with relationships.And some want to turn their life around and make big changes.
In private counselling, we conduct face-to-face sessions, in a safe, supportive and confidential setting. We work with your unique needs, and focus on what you would like to achieve. Our job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise.
People benefit immensely from relationship counselling as it helps couples overcome difficulties that have been keeping them stuck, and move them forwards towards positive union. Here at Wellbeing Minder we use a unique relationship methodology for facilitating relationship development for couples.
There is no denying the suffering and pain of the human existence, life can be complex, unfair and harsh sometimes, and it is a natural response to feel anger. But to what degree should we allow this to take over and become a destructive force in our lives?

When we anger our brains trigger the reactive/primitive response (fight, flight or freeze) and when this is mismanaged we fall prey to our maladaptive defences from the past, in an unconscious attempt to protect ourselves from harm.This often leads to escalating anger and destructive behaviour to self and others.

I've been seeing Gracie for about 1 year now. She has really helped me with my relationship and business goals. I'm happy I found Wellbeing Minder at a time in my life that I really needed to just talk to someone.
Gabby that works in reception is really easy to get a long with and book appointments etc. Always friendly when I speak with her.
Gracie and Gabby together are awesome and make the overall experience great. If you ever thought about booking an appointment I would highly recommend doing so.
