My passion for carpentry and Joinery started at a very young age with both my father and grandfather being skilled tradesman. I completed my apprenticeship in a bespoke Joinery company in the UK where I had experience early on working with high end clients gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of the trade and with multiple wood types.

Sash smart windows are a Sydney based company who offer a wide range of timber window restoration options to suit your needs allowing you to restore and modernise old sash timber windows whilst maintaining the original character. We aim to provide a personalised service with a range of methods and solutions tailored to your needs.
We offer a full range of restoration services which can be tailored to your personal needs and requirements:. Refit bottom sash using new sash cords and adjustments made to ensure alignment of meeting rail and lock. Refit existing stop beads and complete window checks for smooth operation (new stop beads additional cost).

Overall experience working with Kristian was 5-stars! I found him online and he quickly responded to my query, came over for inspection and submitted a very competitive quote. Even when lockdown started and all construction work stopped, Kristian made it a point that he prioritised our job. He even started working on a Saturday as soon as tradies are allow to resume work, as he knew there will be builders coming to our home the coming Monday and only 2 are allowed at a time! He finished the job so fast and we're very pleased with the outcome!

I would not hesitate to recommend Kristian and Sash Smart Windows. Kristian was super helpful, professional and was very accommodating with fitting in with our bathroom renovation. He also provided great advice with what order things need to happen in when replacing our existing windows with lead lighting to make sure we got the best result. Highly recommend. Thank you!
