Services
These stretches are designed for relief of leg, back and neck pain. For best results perform them every 1-2 hours if your work or daily life activities require you to sit at a computer or desk. Hold only tensions that feel good to you or give slight discomfort. Do not stretch into pain, or overstretch.
Your first consultation will involve a lot of active listening, integral to the taking of an extensive medical history and physical assessment. You can expect that your practitioner will explain to you what he or she considers is at the core of your problem, what treatment she or he intends to offer, and to outline your treatment plan.
Here at Central Sydney Osteopathy, we've been providing quality acupuncture services to Sydney's Inner West for decades. We believe that according to Chinese medicine theory, the body's Qi (or energy) flows through the body along specific pathways (meridians) and connects the body's tissues with internal organs.
Getting older is such a gift and something that we celebrate here at Central Sydney Osteopathy. It's a miracle that we humans can balance and move on two legs, even as youngsters.
To keep upright as weagewe need to keep ourcentreof gravity pretty much where it should be; we need to keep the leg, abdominal and low back muscles responsive and strong and the spine flexible upright and appropriately aligned. This can become more and more challenging as we age.Getting older is made easier at Central Sydney Osteopathy.

My husband and I have been clients of CSO for a couple of years and have always received excellent care. Although we make an appointment to see Norah or Bing for a remedial massage, all the team provide the same great treatment. Jordan and Dorian are our regular providers of osteo. With regular treatment the team have helped me manage neck, shoulder, and jaw tension due to stress and anxiety. The team are professional, friendly, and we always leave feeling relaxed.

Friendly staff with phenomenal practitioners. I saw Amy through my pregnancy up until i was 36 weeks. Extreamly safe, very professional and offered lots of support, advice and recommendations as i am a first time mother. I continue to see her now and couldn't recommend her more highly. My partner also see's Sam (male) who fixed problems my partner has had for years in the first session.

I go and see Kate for chiropractic/osteo and Tanya for acupuncture and Chinese herbs and on each occasion both have been punctual, accommodating to ensure I feel comfortable, professional, provide quality information and explain efficiently. These two lovely ladies are natural born healers, there’s a reason why it’s hard to get a booking! On times where I have not been able to acquire an appointment, Tanya has made an extra slot available to maintain my treatment. I am very grateful to be in the hands of people who actually care about healing others 😊

I’ve been seeing Sally for about 5 months now and wouldn’t trust any other practitioner with my body. She is not only a wonderful person but she knows her field extremely well. Highly recommend if you’ve experienced an injury or just overall want to take a holistic approach to taking care of your body

Highly recommend the whole team here, especially Sally Lake for osteopathic treatment, she was able to relieve chronic migraine related to issues with my neck bones and muscles. Doctor had prescribed painkillers and 3 separate phyisotherapists had made the migraines worse. Sally also has a very gentle and caring bedside manner, and is knowledgeable on a vast range of medical and health outcomes, making for a very satisfied and happy customer!

He was somewhat helpful for my shoulder, and very professional and friendly, but I really would have appreciated being told when I booked that I was going to be seeing a chiropractor. I don't mind chiropractors as long as they stay away from the neck and don't try to tell me garbage about meridians, but I wanted to see what an osteopath was like and I feel like I did not.
