We recently hired these people to do an end of lease deep clean and what a disappointment. I regret not looking at the reviews before booking them. My mistake. They first arrived 30 minutes late without any apologies. Then had a look around the house and then ask for more than what was originally quoted without explanation as to why it would cost more. It took 3 guys four hours to do more of a quick surface cleaning than a end of lease deep cleaning. When they left I had to spend an extra hour to go over and do some cleaning myself. Paid extra for cleaning as soon as they arrived onsite, ended up paying almost double the original quoted price, they then left many things not completed that are required for bond like washing walls and causing bond to be withheld even after 2nd visit to supposedly rectify and then ignored our calls to cleaner, coordinator and customer support. Not recommended..

I organised a bond clean through Austral Cleaning. The cleaner that was hired for the job, Ahmed was extremely unprofessional. He was over two hours late, then showed up to the job where we gave him access then left without warning or notification to us and failed to complete the job. He did not answer any phone calls and Austral Cleaning assured me they would get back to me when I rang them on the day but didn't. Please avoid the stress and hire another company. Absolutely shocking service!

Do not use this company. I should have read the other reviews on here as they are exactly the same experience as I had.
It looks like they use local contractors, which is fine in principle, but they have no quality control.
Our place was not cleaned properly, despite lying $400. We had to do some extra cleaning ourselves (very obvious things like windows and doors) but agent still had issues with it. We called them to come and fix it so we could get our bond back, but they refused as it had been more than 7 days.
It is not our fault it took the agent that long to do the inspection and get the

If i could give this company less than one star, i would
They were booked in to do a exit clean at 0900am, they arrived at 10.30 am
They had one staff member arrive just after 0900am however did NOT have any cleaning equipment on them, they asked me if i had any on them. After correspondence with their supervisor, he explained that another staff is on there way (kept on saying 20-30 mins away).
When the other staff member arrived he looked at the place and explained that they require a upfront payment as per company policy, this was not relayed in the quote or email confirmation of booking their

We hired this company for an end of lease clean. The cleaner was booked for 9am but did not show up until 12:45. He then asked for extra money, and we paid for an additional half an hour. He then proceeded to take 20 minute breaks over the next 5 hours, so we did not even get our 5 hours, let alone the extra we paid for.
When we had our inspection, the oven was not cleaned, the floor in the kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned properly and the carpets were not cleaned properly. When we brought this to their attention because of the 100% bond back guarantee, they refused to send the cleaner back
