Services
The fleet of vehicles is primarily made up of Toyota hiace mini buses with seating for up to 12 passengers per bus. All our buses are equipped with air conditioning, tinted windows, seatbelts, and baby seat (on request) and an internal communication system to offer fast and flexible service. Ample space in the back provides comfortable transport of luggage inside the vehicle, never on racks mounted on top of the vehicle.
Additional charges do apply for transporting golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles, and excessive amounts of baggage. When making a booking, please ensure you inform our staff if you are taking any of these items as an allowance for extra luggage space will be required. All pick-ups from the airport are required to be pre-paid before we collect passengers.
By submitting the following Booking Form you are NOT making a confirmed booking. Direct Airport Shuttle will provide you with a return email or phone call to inform you of availability and to confirm pick-up time/s, airport meeting points, contact phone numbers and all associated costs. For all online bookings we require a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) notice prior to your flight time.

Extremely unimpressed with this company. First problem we had with them was the driver telling us we were undercharged for our booking so he avoided tolls even though their website states the same price we were given. Second problem, upon arrival to the airport we discovered that two of our bags were missing after the driver insisted on placing them in the vehicle himself without our assistance. I then had to pay $138.00 for them to be picked up and delivered to the airport. Tried to contact Maggie and left a message and still no reply. To top things off, 24 hours prior to arriving back in the
