We rang and booked a taxi with 2 car seats for our babies. They tried to tell us our 1 year old could sit on our lap, we refused and asked for 2 seats. It was going to cost $80 to drive 15 mins but we were ok with that as long as the babies were safe. We booked, then waited outside and they didn't turn up, rang them back and they said they were too busy and couldnt find a second seat. So instead of telling us they just didn't turn up.
