Smokeball has the most aggressive & disrespectful sales department; they continually call & harass our law firm, despite having been told - time & time again - to quit calling our office, and that we are not interested, as we already have adequate case management software in place. The sales associate (Tahir Shake --sp??--) who continually calls is always trying to bypass me (the legal assistant/office manager in charge of I.T. solutions, as well as software/hardware procurement) in order to reach our office's sole attorney; he has been informed that we are not interested - and yes, I have discussed

Smokeball is a great software. It is the only legal document preparation that my solo office uses. However, it so much more than a document preparation software. It is also a very efficient billing system. It automatically keeps track of the time that is spent on a matter that you have entered into the system. Then the software has the ability to generate an invoice for payment as well as allow you to input payments into your trust and/or operating accounts. Additionally, if a form that i need is not in their library, they are more than willing to add it for me! I could go on and on but I have

Smokeball really changed how our small firm runs. We are much more organized and efficient than ever before. Smokeball tech support is readily available and fantastic. There is so much functionality to what this software can do. The only drawback is that if you sign your contract with a certain number of users, you can't drop below that number for that year. As a small business that grows and changes frequently, it's hard to know that if we happen to have 5 users when we sign our annual contract, we're paying for 5 users all year, even if we go down to 4 users or 3 users, etc.

Smokeball has been a great way for myself and my supervisor to stay on the same page and have access to the same information. As an Admin Assistant to a successful real estate attorney it’s vital we are working in tandem. Smokeball has everything I need as a paralegal to manage cases effectively. It integrates seamlessly with Word and Outlook and I love the features that allow me to merge documents into PDFs right in the program. Further, any time I need technical support (usually from my own error!), I receive a call back that day with an agent who can remote into my computer and get me up and running. I use Smokeball all day every day and truly have no complaints.

This has been the best software we have used at our firm. Being the sole paralegal at the firm, I was worried about switching software’s but the Smokeball team put all my nerves at ease. The account managers and support are always exceptional! On top of that, the system saved us time and keeps us on track especially when having to work from home. I would recommend this software to absolutely anyone that asked!

Hands down, Smokeball has been an integral part of keeping our medium size full service law firm organized. One of the best features is the free training and free technical support. Yes, I said FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT! I could not be more pleased with the helpdesk and almost instant response time. They are very friendly and I've never had an issue left unresolved.
The staff and designers and developers are open to suggestions and have really helped customize some of our processes and forms.

We have used Smokeball for the past 3 years and it is a great product. My practice focuses on residential real estate and the Smokeball product does an amazing job of organizing files eletronically across different computers, mobile devises etc. that we use. The customer service and help desk are amazing and resolve the relatively few issues we have had a easily and quickly.

I've been using Smokeball for nearly 2 years now and could not be happier! The program is easy to use and anytime I've ever had a question or issue, the support team has been very responsive and quick to take action! It is easy to make suggestions to the support team regarding adding features and I always feel like I am important to the Smokeball team! I would recommend this program to anyone!!
