This is simply the best all in one CRM+Support+Billing tool out there. With one implementation of WorkEtc we were able to replace 4 other systems that were loosely integrated.
Setup and training went smoothly and the employees have accepted it well. The more you use it and enter data, the more useful it becomes. We are already seeing great benefits in the ability to measure the health of our customer accounts.
Over all its a great product, with a forward thinking staff and the price is more affordable than other packages we evaluated.

Work[etc.] has been an excellent tool to bring everyone together! So far everyone in the office has enjoyed the application. We are still in a transition phase from multiple tools, but everyone has been positive about the change.
