Over more than 2 years of a family law case I was shuffled between lawyers due to pregnancies. A number of critical deadlines were missed as a result, and unimportant issues were pursued needlessly, which ended up adding to the length and cost of the process, as well as leading to a lesser outcome. The firm was not prepared to acknowledge their contribution to this result.

Clancy and Triado helped deal with the loss of both my Mother and Grandmother which was a difficult time for our family. Paul negotiated a financial settlement for me when I was quite stressed about a failed mediation attempt. His approach was calm and considered. Like many people going through a marriage breakdown, finding a solicitor who will genuinely support you both personally and professionally was of paramount importance. Georgina Gregory was that person. Not only did Georgina provide this support during a very challenging time, her advice and counsel were lifesavers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Penny from Clancy Triado with respect to my separation from my ex wife. Penny was happy for me to undertake simple tasks myself to reduce costs while providing guidance and support. She provided advice and options with no pressure so I could have input into the way we approached the case. Communication was good which I think is important. Penny dealt with me in a long 2 year legal separation with the utmost professionalism. She was also caring, considerate and personable along the way. Advice was always given after listening to my needs and wants. She made herself available to me at times when she was needed. At the end of the ongoing stressful settlement, (which she handled beautifully in and out of court), I came away with a very fair and reasonable financial outcome. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Incredible legal knowledge combined with compassion. All you could ask for during a difficult period of time.
