I had Gavin as my conveyancer when we sold our existing house and bought a new property in 2020. He is very professional and friendly. His fee and charges are very reasonable, and we received a detailed itemized invoice. In addition, he answered and clarified all our queries during this process and helped us smoothly move in/out in our simultaneous settlements.

My purchase has settled today and I couldn't be happier! Gavin was a great solicitor and so easy to deal with, from texts, phonecalls and emails he was always very responsive. He even went out of his way to sign/witness my original documents after normal busineas hours as I was on a strict postal deadline!
