Dr Alec has over 20 years working on the medical coalface. He worked in busy referral hospitals in Southern Africa before transitioning into General Practice where his passion really thrives.

Visited Dr Alec for the first time on Sunday as they were the only clinic open within a 30 min drive. I must say he is more thorough than any doctor I have visited before, seeking to understand past and present medical history in order to provide an accurate and holistic solution. I wish more GP's were like him. Highly recommended.

My toddler had a little tumble in the playground and bump his head. His normal GP was closed and so we decide to give Hallets Medical Services a try as it was open and had appointment time and was very well review. I had to say my wife and I was very impressed with how caring and patient Dr Alec was with our toddler, taking his time to examine him and explaining to us every step of the way to let us know what to look out for. I am very happy and would definitely recommend Dr Alec.

They were able to see me after I hurt my shoulder quite badly. Also I am a patient who currently cannot wear a mask in the current pandemic and they were accommodating to this. The doctor was very thorough with me in regards to my medical conditions past as well as current situation. I highly recommend this doctors surgery.

My partner and I needed a tetanus injection after a diy mishap today. We called the clinic after seeing they had appointments available on Health Engine. The receptionist was super friendly and really helpful and offered an appointment within the hour. Dr Alec was very thorough during our consultation. Not only did he address the issue at hand but took a detailed history showing he cares about his patients overall health and wellbeing. Dr Alec was friendly as well as informative and provided an excellent service. We would highly recommend coming to this clinic to see Dr Alec and his team.

Hallets Medical was a refreshing experience. Until recently I had felt pretty let down by other local services in the area (from wait times to knowledge of staff) but Dr Alec was fantastic. Detailed, patient, friendly and covered all bases. Also super helpful to have someone who understands unusual travel destinations around the globe and things to look out for accordingly

NnDr Alec (as I know him) is a highly professional doctor who supports his patients. Dr Alec has a very gentle demeanour and as such, he takes time to listen to your issues without rushing you. In my experience, he makes every effort to provide the best health care service available. This is a new practice and as such there is very little waiting time.
