Not as advertised. Booked a 2 bedroom unit with 3 beds and facilities including a pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was not ready and appeared like it hadn't been used since last summer. It was also 1 bedroom and loungeroom so our niece didn't have her own room and would have to sleep on the lounge in loungeroom.
It was advertised as pet friendly so we took our dog however the backyard was covered in dog poo and appears not to have been cleaned for weeks. My dog also got injured while playing with their dog so after going to the vet and finding she needed rest for ligament damage asked

We enjoyed a delightful single night stay here whilst attending a nearby wedding. The property is well appointed, the bed comfortable. The owners have added a number of personal touches, many middle eastern influenced, clearly expressing a fondness for travel. If you are lucky you also get to meet the 4 legged head of guest relations!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful two days with our little 'fur baby' at Winston Cottage. The accommodation is very private in that guests have their own beautiful bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed, a good size bathroom complete with bath and a homely private living room, with microwave, coffee maker, fridge etc, that opens out onto a balcony overlooking the wonderful acreage property - the perfect place to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee first thing in the morning or a wine as the sun sets. The hosts Chris and Deb were amazing and not only served us the most stunning breakfasts

Deb and Chris hosted us for a wonderful weekend. The food was fantastic and as a vegetarian, it can sometimes be difficult finding places that provide home cooked healthy meals.
We felt at home the moment we arrived and enjoyed great conversation, beautiful views and exploring the local for the two days we spent at Winston Cottage.
We will be back!!!

We had a fabulous stay with Chris and Deb, such a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. It was New Year's Day when we arrived, and we were overwhelmed to be given a bottle of wine to celebrate the New Year.
Chris also went out if his way to drop us into town for a meal, and collect us - how about that for a superhost!
Thank you both so much.

Our weekend at Chris and Deb's B&B was so tranquil and relaxing, we feel like we've been away for a week!
From our initial email conversation to our cheerio, they are the most welcoming and delightful hosts, with home cooked brekkies to die for!
We stayed there with our two dogs, who have made best friends with Spike and Sammy, and spent their weekend playing in the secure, dog-friendly garden.
The rooms were fresh, clean and tidy and the bed was of the level of comfort you'd get in a hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay and would give them 6 stars if we could!

I spent 2 nights at the cottage, which is actually a pretty decent size for a cottage! It contained everything you need for a more extended stay. The couple running the B&B were lovely, they made me feel really welcomed and the breakfast was great, everything is homemade and or locally sourced. In the garden of the main house they have a pool and a wonderful view of the hinterland from the large deck. I would honestly love to come back again.
