I have been living in port Melbourne since 1992 and been here a few time. I am a pensioner and told the staff that i am....I went to see dentist newstadt or whatever his name is...$50 X-ray...says tooth needs work. $160 I think, too take it out or about $600 to fill up decay...so being a pensioner, take it out =$160..after, I ask to see the tooth...no it's bio hazard material, I demand give me a look..and it had only a little bit of decay near the gum line...I didn't know that..I thought it was shot...so he pulled out a good tooth because I couldn't afford the extra $440...so much for caring for

All I can say is, they rescued and saved my teeth!!! I had a really unusual experience from two other dentists. Misdiagnosed issues and ended up with severe tooth pain and lost sleep. I had pustules in my mouth also. They fit me in asap (I was a new patient/client) told me the issue, and put a plan in place. Within a week my teeth were perfect and I’m not even anxious about the dentists anymore. Lovely, amazing place. The best people. My son believes they are real living tooth fairies. I agree.

The staff at the facility were extremely helpful and patient to answer my many questions about getting my teeth aligned. My irregular shaped teeth made me insecure, prevented me from smiling with confidence but now after wearing dental aligner braces, I can see the difference that my teeth are getting in the right shape and alignment. Super satisfied with the wonderful service and amazing staff.

Great experience at Bay Dental today.
Had an extraction and the whole procedure was so efficient, pain free and supportive after care. Everything was explained to me and I had great confidence in my dentist.
I was visiting from Sydney and not having a regular dentist at home, i wish they were in Sydney. Thanks so much.

Dr. Milton Herson is the BEST!!! We lived in Port Melbourne from 2001 - 2009 and he was our dentist. When we moved to the outer suburbs, we looked and looked for a dentist who was as good (or comparable to) Dr. Herson but have been highly disappointed! 8 years later, still living in the outer burbs, we are excited to be booking with Dr. Herson once again!! Abi answered the call and got me in immediately.
Gary assessed the issue and fixed the issue with complete professionalism. A true Pioneer in his field.
