Please note casual access will only be permitted to book 24 hours prior as clients having treatments will be given priority while we continue to control flow of clients through common areas including change rooms. We appreciate your patience. Ideal before a treatment, or an experience on its own, The Sanctuary is a dedicated therapeutic area for communal use for both men & women including hydrotherapy, sauna & relaxation lounges.
Escape the world for a few hours and allow our dedicated therapists to take you on a journey which best appeals to your body and state of mind. All our Signature Spa Journeys are 2 hours in duration & can be performed in our dual treatment room for friends and couples. They also include 60min access to The Sanctuary beforehand and conclude with refreshments in our relaxation lounge.
Alleviate muscular aches and pains and enhance detoxification with firmer massage strokes and a warming blend of Red Pepper, Camphor and Menthol. A gentle relaxation massage to ease areas of tension, improve circulation and alleviate back pain whilst promoting a state of calm and wellbeing for both you and your baby.
Hydration is restored & the skin is deeply cleansed & gently resurfaced with our customised Peel - either multi acid or enzymatic. A non invasive treatment to achieve immediate, smooth and clear results to the outer surface layer of your skin. Thalgo's Skin-Expert machine uses crystals for a gentle and controlled exfoliation.

Had better massages from my cat, sadly. After spending $225 I couldn't help but leave disappointed. During the massage i did request for firmer pressure twice and also ticked firm on the form but this was by far the most gentle massage i've ever had. If you like the feel of someone just running their hands over your body then this is the place but unfortunately my cat gives more pressure when he walks on my back with his paws.

Came here for a relaxing message. Staff are quite friendly. Prices are a little more expensive than Elysium, but you do get the change rooms and the pool(If open). Close to where I live, would defiantly come back here again.

I had the ‘Head and Sole’ treatment done today by Louise and it was incredible. I have had a lot of massages and my message today was the best I’ve ever had. She was so gentle and her movement just flowed of which made the experience so relaxing. I definitely will return! The other staff were also lovely and in is a beautiful building!

Three words, mid-week wellness. Amazing place, would have 5 stars but lately I've noticed a bit of a drop in standard of cleaning. My locker was dirty, there were a few areas that needed a little more attention. That said, this is a beautiful place which could be back to 5 stars in no time, just needs a bit more careful attention to detail. It presents at 5 star and charges 3.5 star prices so I think you really cannot beat it. The sanctuary is beautiful and one of my favourite parts, the massages have been good.
