We visited The Mineral Spa at Peppers on the 3rd of November 2021. I was planning a nice day for my partner as it was her birthday. When I rung the spa they informed me that they didn’t have anything available and that the only thing available was the spa retreat. I decided to book that for 90 minutes. When we arrived the staff in my opinion were rude and cold towards us and made it quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. For the price of the retreat room I would expect more than uninterested staff, dirty floors, sharing with too many people, and heavily chlorinated mineral pools. Such a small space and it didn't feel very "exclusive". A day later with a couple of showers and I can still smell the chlorine on my skin.

Came here with 3 of my girlfriends as a girls weekend treat. All 4 of us left disappointed. We all ticked 'Medium' pressure, as there was no 'Firm' option. The massage started and I waited to be asked if the pressure was okay, the question never came. Considering we spend $560 between us and were all unsatisfied, safe to say we won't be going back. I have since read multiple reviews saying similar things, so it's astonishing their policies and/or actions haven't changed.

Wow! One word to describe this experience. First we were created by friendly staff and then after getting changed into some spa robes! We headed our way to the spas. The spas were perfect! Plenty of options from cold, hot, steam room, stone heat room and a detox room! It wasn't busy and because of the number of spas and rooms it didn't feel like we were sharing with anyone!! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Decent spa, horrible customer service. The 38 degree hot pools were tepid. Apparently the heater was broken and they were stuck at 31 (definitely didn't feel that hot either). We were pressured into trying to stay and "enjoy the serenity" instead and were eventually offered a refund despite some sarcastic remarks from the receptionst. I had to send a follow up email later that day as this was not confirmed in writing as promised. Enjoyed the Hepburn Spa up the road though, would highly recommend!

My daighters loved their facials and their skin looked great. I enjoyed soaking away the time at the mineral spa retreat with a sauna and steam room treatment. Herbal Tea to enjoy and complimentry cream for… my skin, wonderful Shampoo and Conditioner. Wonderful experience with my girls. Suggest turning the bubbles off in the spa to allow the water to heat up to the 38• it is supposed to be. And staff need to ensure bugs are removed before letting guest in. Once we removed them it was lovely. 😊

Nothing special don’t waste your money. No pressure , no technique, super oily, didn’t relieve any pressure points and didn’t ask once if pressure was ok or any areas I’d like focused on. Was given a gift voucher to attend this spa for couples massage whilst having a romantic getaway weekend. My partner and I had been waiting all weekend for this… massage. We arrived at the spa Sunday afternoon not overly impressed with how we were greeted no details or explanation given in regards to the massage. Make sure to book well in advanced should you want to do multiple treatments in your order. The facilities are very nice and relaxing, the staff are very professional and the treatments are not rushed. You should come out all relaxed and refreshed. It can be very busy at the weekends and the evening retreat session are great during the week. Should you go for a whole day session with lunch you will enjoy a delicious two course brunch.

I honestly would recommend this mineral bath house over Hepburn mineral springs bathhouse. It was far more exclusive and private compared to the tourist heavy Hepburn Springs bathhouse. If you don't care about heritage or photos and just want heated mineral spas, cold pool, steam room, lemongrass infused and infrared saunas then the Mineral Spa is your best choice. $70 for an hour has amazing value for its relaxation. Didn't need screaming kids or shoulder to shoulder baths. There is a no phones policy too so all you can do is relax.
