Your hosts are Pamela and Dirk Hos. Both grew up and have spent most of their time in Perth but have lived in Melbourne, Adelaide and Jakarta. After their three children left home to forge their own lives, Pam and Dirk decided it was time to down-size. But to what? Margaret River and running a B&B seemed to come to their minds simultaneously.

When shown the land at Loaring Place they immediately fell in love with the bush and thought that the location would be perfect for a B&B. It was mid-way between the town and the beach, it came off Caves Road and was secluded in a beautiful forest.

Highly recommend this lovely B & B. We stayed for 4 nights and visited all of the nearby beaches, wineries and caves. The hosts were fantastic at recommending the best sites. Our room was private, clean and spacious with a large ensuite and spa tub. The shared lounge/ dining area was also very large and offered lovely nooks to sit & read, work or daydream. The gardens were full of beautiful flowers and birds. Breakfast was very generous. Can’t say enough, absolutely loved it. Oh yes, the hosts also provided complimentary wine. Can’t wait to go back.

Dirk and Pam were wonderful hosts. The place is fantastic: clean, spacious, quiet. The grounds are beautiful. Just a few minutes drive on the beach side of the Margaret River township. For anyone living in Perth, this should be your no. 1 long weekend destination.

Margaret River is a beautiful location in South West of Western Australia and Margaret River BNB has taken full advantage of its location. The owners are very welcoming and so are the suites. The breakfast was lovely overlooking the garden with the birds flying and drinking from the device supplied for their needs. The atmosphere was food for the soul. I highly recommend Margaret River Bed and Breakfast.

Definitely recommend this place. 5 stars from me!
Host was friendly. Clearly proud of his place.
Place is clean, welcoming, with really well equipped rooms, and a super comfortable bed!
Breakfast was a large selection of breads, cereals, tea, coffee, yogurts, and pastries. More than enough to start your day! Oh and bread was made fresh daily by owner. Delicious.
For sure I will return here. Give it a go. It's a little gem of comfort.
A great find.

We recently stayed at Margaret River Bed & Breakfast and it was incredible!
Dirk and his wife are the most welcoming people we have ever met in Australia! It felt like we were staying with family (which is exactly what we needed with Covid preventing any trips home).
Dirk was amazing. We had actually booked another accommodation through booking.com, however there was a mix-up between the owner and booking.com and the accommodation owner was not actually even home! We arrived on a flight from Karratha, drove all the way down to Margaret River, only to arrive at midnight (our arrival time had been

When I first called to book I was met with a warm friendly reception. Rooms were large and well equipped, including a spacious spa. Breakfast was very nice, with a big selection of nice homemade bread and the possibility of a warm breakfast. Would strongly recommend the pumpkin bread! Dirk was super friendly and was able to give us great tips on where to go and what to do each day. Would strongly recommend to anyone and everyone, we'll definitely be back.
