Even amongst a few hiccups where able to handle things promptly. Wow a beautiful lady our new landlady. Tania's approach, knowledge and communication skills made it so easy for us as vendors. This potentially was not an easy thing to do, as we were very reluctant sellers who loved their home and lifestyle dearly, but circumstances beyond our control meant it was time to let go and move on. From my initial inquiry, throughout negotiations, the period until Settlement and beyond, Tania was always there to help me through the process. My inquiry was from Melbourne, she was available and accommodating when I flew up for a looksee, and then kept me posted by phone and email throughout. The tyranny of distance was not an issue. After looking for pet friendly accommodation in mission beach for what felt like ages we finally found one! We stayed at Cassawong Cottages and it was superb. Had a fantastic experience throughout from start to finish. Crystal gave fantastic customer service and made everything incredibly easy. When we arrived the cottage by far exceeded our expectations! The bed was comfy and the pool was simply fantastic. Located directly opposite the beach.. Had such a great couple of days away. Thank you very much!

Susie of Tropical Property has provided us great service in renting our home in Mission Beach. She really extended herself to work with us given that we were not able to get on site when a change of tenancy came about. We talked about our aims for the home and our plans for some property improvements. She gave us sound advice and got our aims. We have just recently rented through tropical property mission beach . Krystal & Sue found us the perfect house suitable for our family's needs . The girls are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help in any way they can . Repairs/maintenance to the property was sorted before our move in date or in less then 12 hours due to workers availability.
