Treated my sister like rubbish. House was filthy when she moved in and noted on entry report. After having a bond clean done on vacating (obviously bond clean wasn't done prior to her renting the property), the agents threatened to keep her bond money. The property manager also owns the rental, yep just a little conflict of interest. They refused to perform maintenance on oven, mould, leaking roof. Totally unprofessional, REIQ isn't worth a pinch if they have clowns like this registered with them. If I could give a minus ten for a rating I would. Happy to come in and discuss my review with you
