These guys are truly amazing! I am on holiday and was totally over growing my hair; I wanted to return to my short pixie cut. I was listened to, and asked throughout the appointment if my hair was being styled to my liking…. They booked me in really short notice.
Although I'd chop my hair off at home and was a bit traumatized they did a great job making it look great again. This was my first time having a professional hair cut since a kid and it felt amazing.
I wanted a low maintenance cut but still edgy and they definitely tried their best to give me what I wanted and explaining what would work or not based on my taste.
I'll go back when I'm ready for another transformation for sure.

I had a cut and colour. Both Allan who coloured my hair and Luna who cut it were wonderful. They listened carefully to me explain what l wanted and l couldn't have been happier with the result. The colour was perfect and the cut...the best l've had in decades. Thanks ever so much to both of you.

I had the privilege to have Byron restyle my hair today, I was so appreciative that he was able to fit me in literally last minute notice and having never been there before.
Byron is extremely personable and just a loveable character with expert knowledge.
Byron took the time to explain everything to me, gave a very detailed consultation and found out exactly what I wanted and how I maintain my hair, no pushy sales for products (although I did buy the amazing shampoo and conditioner because it smelt divine and my hair has never been silkier), I have a mop of hair that is seriously frizzy and

My wife had appointment for Hair permanent. Though we could not get it done due to some miscommunication but we were addressed and offered proffesional counciling for hair without any charge. We were offered appointment for next time slot. Staffs were outstanding going extra miles with customer service.
