James is friendly, efficient and seems to know his stuff. The reason we are in our beautiful home now is that they put us on their subscription email list with the parameters we selected. Sounds silly but many agents we dealt with while looking (in Orange, I admit) didn't even bother with that. James stays in touch but not in any way thats pushy. We have also sold land with James and were happy having him represent us. We got a reasonable price there too.
