My husband and I rented in between selling and buying our new home due to relocation for work. The staff at First National, were friendly, helpful, professional and very easy to deal with. They were very responsive with any issues that occurred while renting, and had the issue fixed in no time.

Myself and my partner were told that our rental was being sold and this created an enormous amount of stress as we have 4 children. When we got in contact with Holly, looking for a new rental became a breeze. Having Holly know our circumstances and understand our needs meant we were only getting inspections for properties that suited our needs! I have a property I lease through First National. The property management team cannot be faulted - they always communicate well and take really good care of my property.
The tenant screening process they use is fantastic which has resulted in a great tenant who looks after the property.
I also like the online system available as it means I can check in on any progress updates without having to call anyone.
I would recommend this team to anyone wanting to lease their property and would like a professional and courteous service.

The Property Manager, Holly Sherwood, really made the experience of renting easy for us. She was happy to listen to our needs and gave good advice. Right from the start she was easy to communicate with through text and email and phone calls. Holly quickly sorted out issues with keys and she helped us find a gardner. We would recommend her services to anyone looking to rent property in Bathurst.

I leased a property of First National Bathurst earlier this year. From the moment I signed the lease to now, they have been nothing but helpful and they’re always quick to respond. Moving in and out is obviously a very stressful situation but they made it super easy for me. Also a special shout out to property manager Grace who has been awesome this past year.
