I have been working in refrigeration for as long as I can remember. After completing my advanced diploma in refrigeration engineering in London in 1981, I moved to Melbourne and gained a wealth of industry experience. I started Bonney Refrigeration in 2003 and haven't looked back. I am sure this company has nothing to do with repairing refrigerator failures and they rely on guesswork owner of the company sits in his office and sends inexperienced workers and guesses the type of malfunction In the end the type of repair is less than the materials used and the cost price. I do not advise dealing with them before 5 months ago repaired cost $3100 and now I changed the motor again to a new one .

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CROWD They are rip offs When mechanic arrived he wanted to see the book had no idea what to look for to fix our Brivis ducted heating pulled thinks apart then on the mobile to his mate for HELP not knowing the problem he wanted to take all parts away and that would cost $1600. plus WE SAID NO WAY. was charged $150 for nothing. Still sitting in the cold.and dont know what the problem is.
