My partner recently bought me a bouquet of flowers for our anniversary. They were beautiful however a bit withered. I phoned the following day and spoke with Kristy, just to give some feedback, she was very understanding and apologetic. That afternoon they personally delivered another bouquet - so fresh and beautiful! Thank you for the exceptional customer service, we will be returning. :)

You know it's a fantastic florist when you walk into the store and all you can smell are beautiful fragrances from flowers. The ladies here are so kind and sweet. The owner really knows what she is doing! Such an amazing store with beautiful flowers. Best florist I've been too! 10/10 couldn't recommend a better place for flowers

I have been going to Chatswood Hills Florist for 13 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The flowers are always fresh and bursting with colour and fragrance. The floral arrangements are all made to suit the occasion. Mum and Dad had their 50th Wedding anniversary in July and, I asked for an arrangement that was golden, and that is exactly what I got. Absoloutley stunning.

These guys are AMAZING! Their flowers are always beautiful and the team is friendly and super helpful. I've been privileged enough to be buying flowers here from what I would consider my favourite local(ish) florist for over 10 years (probably just after Kristy bought the shop 🙂 ). And I've bought them for just about every occasion - everything from my semi-formal, formal, all of my wedding flowers, birthdays for family and friends, 'just because', thinking of you, condolences and single-wrapped flowers and they have never disappointed.
