Holdsworht Bros is a first jewelry shop we went in for our engagement ring and wedding rings. The staff Sandy is very nice and patient. She use her billions of experience and knowledge to help us choosing perfect rings. Even we mentioned we need more time to compare and decide, we may not purchase from you, however, the level of services from Sandy never changed. After comparing, we still decide to purchase from Holdsworth because of good quality and reasonable price. This is a shop you definitely should try.

The team at Holdsworth did an absolutely magnificent job at helping my fiancé create my engagement ring. The design and craftsmanship is BEYOOOND what I could have ever dreamed of. I had a wedding band and an engagement ring redesigned using my own diamonds. Shelley was helpful and extremely professional, coming up with a design I loved, Shelley kept in constant contact with me during the whole process. Which I appreciated immensely. Both my partner and I went engagement/wedding ring shopping around the Eastland area and stumbled upon this store. I just loved everything about it. The lady in the store, Michelle, was the loveliest/most helpful lady to help me pick out these rings. She made the whole experience very personal and very special. Like most blokes I’m no jewellery aficionado but when I’ve been purchasing pieces for my wife over the years, I find myself gravitating back to Holdsworth. The staff are sincere and genuinely aim to assist you. They have a wide range of pieces in both white and yellow gold, but what I like the most is that they have a wide array of stone types for all their pieces. So if you like a selection of colours, then this is the place to go. Whether you’re on a limited budget or your fortunate to have an unlimited budget, there’s plenty of quality pieces to choose from. My partner and I started looking at rings 15months ago. The staff were so friendly and inviting. After trying on many rings, she made a card with the details of the rings we liked. Also emailed the ring i… loved to mum partner. 4 months ago after shopping around my partner decided to get me the ring i loved the most. They no longer sold that ring! But they would make it for us! Hugo and Annette are extremely pleasant and helpful, which made the process of buying an engagement ring a lot easier.
After walking into the shop with very to little to no idea about jewellery, I now feel competent in many ways to buy further gold and diamonds. The after service support has been fantastic with Hugo following up many unusual requests with nothing but a smile and a great attitude.
The experience itself was so good from the start that i never felt any need to shop around at other stores. I'll definitely be back and recommend this store highly.
